You’ll receive a detailed Getting Ready Checklist after booking to help you prepare your property before we arrive. At a minimum, we recommend decluttering and tidying each room, opening blinds and curtains, turning on all lights, making beds, clearing kitchen and bathroom counters, hiding trash cans and personal items, and making sure the exterior and landscaping are clean and presentable. A well-prepared property allows us to spend more time capturing the best images and media for your listing.

A Zillow 3D Tour is an interactive virtual tour that allows potential buyers to explore a property online with a 360-degree view of each space, moving from room to room while getting a better understanding of the home's layout, space, and flow. For agents, it gives buyers another way to experience the property before scheduling a showing. Zillow has reported that listings with a 3D Home Tour receive 43% more views and 55% more saves, and homes with a 3D Home Tour sell an average of 14% faster than listings without one. It can be especially valuable for out-of-area buyers, giving them a better feel for the property before making the trip to see it in person.
Zillow Showcase is a paid listing upgrade from Zillow that gives your property enhanced visibility and interactive features designed to help your listing stand out to buyers. If you purchase a Zillow Showcase upgrade, you must request us as your photographer through the Zillow Showcase setup process before placing your media order with us. Zillow Showcase and Key Realty Media are separate orders. When selecting a photographer, use the email showcase@keyrealtymedia.com to choose us. Zillow will then send us a link so we can upload the completed media directly to your Showcase listing.
Yes. Our drone pilots are FAA-certified Remote Pilots under Part 107 and operate in accordance with FAA regulations. Using a licensed pilot helps protect you and your listing from the risks associated with unauthorized commercial drone operations. The FAA has increased enforcement of illegal drone flights, which can result in fines and other penalties. With Key Realty Media, your aerial media is captured by a properly certified commercial drone pilot.
Yes. Key Realty Media offers custom pricing for agents who consistently book listing media and for brokerages with multiple agents using our services. Pricing can be structured around your expected booking volume and specific media needs.
Yes. Refer another agent to Key Realty Media, and when they complete their first paid order, you’ll receive a $50 credit toward your next order. The agent you refer will also receive a $50 credit toward their first order.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Key Realty Media (“Company”), a Florida-based real estate media services provider, and the individual or entity placing an order for services (“Client”). By scheduling an appointment, placing an order, or using the services of the Company, the Client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
The Client is expected to have the property “camera-ready” before the scheduled appointment. This includes cleaning, decluttering, and furniture staging.
Clients should review our Getting Ready Checklist prior to the appointment. If the property is not ready at the scheduled time, it will be photographed or filmed “As Is.” If the Client requests a reshoot due to the property not being camera-ready during the initial appointment, the reshoot will be treated as a new session and billed at the standard rate.
Clients are welcome to provide input on preferred angles or shots by either meeting the Media Specialist at the start of the appointment or adding notes in the order comments.
In the absence of client input, the Company’s Media Specialists will use their professional judgment to capture the best representation of the property.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate property details when placing the order.
The Company reserves the right to correct inaccurate information and adjust pricing accordingly (e.g., if actual square footage differs from what was entered).
Confirmed appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
If an appointment cannot be completed due to inclement weather, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, or other safety/flight constraints (e.g., unsafe drone flying conditions, heavy rain preventing exterior shots), the session will be rescheduled without penalty.
All services provided by the Company are subject to a Pay Before Download policy.
Upon completion of the session, the Client will be provided access to a preview gallery containing watermarked photographs only. This preview is for review purposes only and shall not be used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. The preview does not include unwatermarked photographs, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, or any other media.
To obtain access to the final, unwatermarked deliverables, the Client must complete secure online payment in full at the time of download. All prices are subject to applicable Florida state and local sales tax, which will be added to the final invoice.
Orders are not deemed complete, and no license to use the Work is granted, until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the Company.
The Company operates within a designated base service area. Properties located outside of this standard service area may be subject to travel fees.
Any applicable travel fees will be calculated, disclosed, and added to the Client's order at the time of booking or order confirmation, and are subject to change based on market conditions and fuel costs.
Grant of Rights: The Client hereby grants to the Company, its affiliates, contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, fully transferable, and sublicensable license to create, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, and otherwise exploit the photographs, videos, drone footage, 3D tours, floor plans, graphics, or other visual content of the property produced under this Agreement (collectively, the “Work”). Except as expressly granted herein, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Work, including copyright, remain the exclusive property of the Company.
The Company retains the right to use the Work for its portfolio, marketing, promotional purposes, samples, contest entries, editorial use, and/or display at or on its business premises, websites, or digital platforms.
License to Client: Upon full payment, the Company grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Work solely for the purposes of marketing and promoting the property, the Client’s real estate business, and/or the Client’s brokerage. This license extends to publication on third-party real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow) only for the duration that the property is actively listed for sale by the Client. The license automatically terminates when the property is sold, withdrawn, or no longer actively listed.
The Client shall not sell, sublicense, alter, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Work to third parties without prior written consent from the Company. Any unauthorized use shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
By contracting with Key Realty Media to produce the Work, the Client warrants and represents that they are authorized to enter into this Agreement with respect to the Property and certify that they have obtained all appropriate and necessary releases, permissions, waivers, licenses, Homeowners Association (HOA) approvals, and/or authorizations (hereinafter “Clearances”) for the Grant of Rights and Usage Rights set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Such Clearances include, but are not limited to, Clearances from the owner of the Property and any other owners of intellectual property rights contained in, on, or around the Property and captured as part of the Work, including any underlying architectural works.
The Client further warrants and represents that the Property owner and any occupants of the Property have waived any expectation of privacy rights in connection with the images or media captured and distributed in accordance with the Grant of Rights set forth herein, pursuant to all applicable state laws including Florida Statute § 934.50.
The Client acknowledges that failure to obtain proper Clearances shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:
The Client’s breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this Agreement;
Any use, distribution, or publication of the Work not authorized by this Agreement;
The negligent, reckless, or intentional acts or omissions of the Client, its agents, employees, contractors, invitees, or representatives; and/or
Claims by third parties alleging infringement of rights, violation of privacy, or unauthorized use of the Work caused by or attributable to the Client.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida.
